Team Work 😊

The beginning of this class has been amazing, interacting so thoroughly and sharing ideas with people we do not know, working as a team is something magnificent. The first day of class when I had to connect I was super nervous, my english is not fluent and I was afraid that when I connected and had to talk or interact, that scared me. But Professor Sherri Sinkoff saw to it that I put my fear behind me.

                                                                                               

The teacher in the first class told us that a group presentation had to be made, she would divide the whole class into three groups which we would work together. The first team would work on Chapter 3, which would talk about Intercultural Communications. Group 2 had to work on Chapter 9, which would be about Nature and types of groups and Group 3 would end with Chapter 10 and would be about Leadership and problem solving.

                                                 

Everyone was really nervous, because of the exposure, but really when everything begins to flow so transparently we realize that doing a good job, everyone connecting, clarifying concerns, a good job is achieved. Always when a group comes together there are disagreements, but clarifying doubts and trying to understand each other is the best solution for a good job.

 Were all scared since we only had 2 days to make the presentation and work together, but the truth is that working as a team was not bad for us. I belonged to Group 2 and we would talk about Chapter 9. Our group was nervous, in such a short time we had to post videos,  but we really did very well. Each one contributed their ideas and it was great. Our theme characterized us perfectly, we all came together and worked as a true team. During the presentation, each student exposed the slides, we were nervous but we succeeded. During all the presentations I realized that all the groups also work as a team. Group 1 did it fabulous, they had interesting ideas, they showed us videos, the information they provided about the culture and the role of communication in it as well as the relationship between dominant and co-cultures. Group 3 the presentation was interesting, they really enjoyed making their presentation it was wide and they specified each slide, each topic and they taught us a lot about .

Working as a team, with the same ideas, the same approach and the desire to improve, we always manage to get a good job.❤️
